HP Back Pay - Is there anyone out there?
Together members are well aware that the HBEB2 document was certified in the Commission on Nov 3, 2011.
Despite numerous communications to Queensland Health Corporate office, Together members are none the wiser as to when this wage increase will be paid or when back pay will be received.
It's time Health started understanding that they can't just ignore the real concerns of their staff! It is important for members to let management understand your frustrations with the delays and we would encourage all union members to contact Queensland Health Corporate Office directly and start asking the same questions we are asking by using the following email address HPEB2@health.qld.gov.au.
When emailing we know all HP members will do so respectfully, we are conscious of abiding by the rules and Code of Conduct - unfortunately timeliness in a response is not something being afforded to all HPs from head office however!
